½ cup milk

1 tablespoon butter

salt and pepper

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ cup (about 8) green onions (white and green parts), diced
•
½ red bell pepper, seeded and diced
•
2 (8-oz.) cans of crescent rolls
•
1 ½ cups sharp cheddar, shredded
•
1 egg white
