Ingredients
- 4 boneless duck breasts
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary minced
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce plus more for dipping
- SALAD
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 4 cups greens of choice
- 2 ripe mangos peeled and cubed
How To Make sesame marinated duck breast w hoisin & salad

Step 1Mix the garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce and rosemary together. Remove the excess skin from the duck breasts. Score the skin on the breasts and place them in the marinade.

Step 2let marinate overnight or at least 4 hours. Remove the duck from the marinade.

Step 3Bring the breast to room temp. Heat a grille or grille pan and place the duck skin side down. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes for medium rare turning and brushing with the hoisin sauce. Serve with more sauce for dipping if desired.

Step 4For the salad Place the greens and mangos in a bowl. Mix the lemon juice, vinegar and olive oil together. Mix well and season with salt and Pepper. Pour over the greens.
