Ingredients For seared marinated lamb chops

1/2 clemon juice

1/3 colive oil

6 clovegarlic, minced

salt and pepper

3 sprigrosemary, divided
- LAMB CHOPS

8baby lamb chops

4 Tbspbutter

parsley, minced for garnish
How To Make seared marinated lamb chops

1Mix the marinade ingredients using only 1 sprig of rosemary. Save the other two for searing. Season the chops with salt and pepper.

2Add the chops to the marinade and marinate in the fridge all day, turning them once in a while.

3Get a cast iron pan hot, sear the chops on all sides. Add the butter and let it melt. Throw in the 2 rosemary sprigs.

4Baste the chops with the butter until desired doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
