Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 3 sprigs rosemary, divided
- LAMB CHOPS
- 8 baby lamb chops
- 4 tablespoons butter
- parsley, minced for garnish
How To Make seared marinated lamb chops

Step 1Mix the marinade ingredients using only 1 sprig of rosemary. Save the other two for searing. Season the chops with salt and pepper.

Step 2Add the chops to the marinade and marinate in the fridge all day, turning them once in a while.

Step 3Get a cast iron pan hot, sear the chops on all sides. Add the butter and let it melt. Throw in the 2 rosemary sprigs.

Step 4Baste the chops with the butter until desired doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
