Ingredients For seared marinated lamb chops

  • MARINADE
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil
  • 6 clove
    garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 sprig
    rosemary, divided
  • LAMB CHOPS
  • 8
    baby lamb chops
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • parsley, minced for garnish

How To Make seared marinated lamb chops

  • 1
    Mix the marinade ingredients using only 1 sprig of rosemary. Save the other two for searing. Season the chops with salt and pepper.

    Add the chops to the marinade and marinate in the fridge all day, turning them once in a while.

    Get a cast iron pan hot, sear the chops on all sides. Add the butter and let it melt. Throw in the 2 rosemary sprigs.

    Baste the chops with the butter until desired doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
