Ingredients

  • 2 duck leg quarters
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon chinese 5 spice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • GLAZE
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon each soy sauce and honey

How To Make peking duck legs in instant pot

  • Step 1
    Sprinkle the duck legs with 5 spice. Mix the soy sauce and water together. Add to instant pot. Place a rack in instant pot and place the duck legs on the rack
  • Step 2
    Lock the lid on the pressure cooker and cook on high for 30 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
  • Step 3
    Whisk the glaze ingredients together. Remove the legs from the pot and place on baking sheet. Brush the glaze on the legs and broil in oven 6 inches from broiler for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve
