Ingredients
- 2 duck leg quarters
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon chinese 5 spice
- 1/2 cup water
- GLAZE
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon each soy sauce and honey
How To Make peking duck legs in instant pot

Step 1Sprinkle the duck legs with 5 spice. Mix the soy sauce and water together. Add to instant pot. Place a rack in instant pot and place the duck legs on the rack

Step 2Lock the lid on the pressure cooker and cook on high for 30 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.

Step 3Whisk the glaze ingredients together. Remove the legs from the pot and place on baking sheet. Brush the glaze on the legs and broil in oven 6 inches from broiler for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve
