Ingredients
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1 large onion diced
- 2 tablespoons crisco
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can corn undrained
- 3 cups red skin potatoes diced
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make ground venison hash

Step 1Add crisco to large skillet. Add the onion, garlic salt and ground venison and cook until no longer pink.

Step 2Add the meat mixture to a slow cooker. Add the potatoes, cream of mushroom soup and corn to the slow cooker. Stir well.

Step 3Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add the cheese to the top and replace the lid. Left cook another 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
