Ground Venison Hash
Yummy way to use up some of that venison
1 lbground venison
1 largeonion diced
4 clovegarlic minced
2 clovecream of mushroom soup
1 smallcan corn undrained
3 cred skin potatoes diced
2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
How to Make Ground Venison Hash
- Add crisco to large skillet. Add the onion, garlic salt and ground venison and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the meat mixture to a slow cooker. Add the potatoes, cream of mushroom soup and corn to the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Add the cheese to the top and replace the lid. Left cook another 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
