ground venison gravy over bisquick biscuits
Great way to use up that ground Venison after deer hunting season is over. Of course you can use ground beef. You can also put this over mashed potatoes or hot noodles

Ingredients
- FOR THE BISCUITS
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup milk
- GROUND VENISON GRAVY
- 1 pound ground venison
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic and onion powder
- 1 teaspoon each dried parsley and red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/4 cups milk
How To Make ground venison gravy over bisquick biscuits

Step 1Biscuits Mix all ingredients together except the milk. Add the milk slowly and use more or less to just get the batter moist enough to hold together. Drop about a cup size on sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until browned about 15 to 20 minutes. Set aside.

Step 2For the gravy add the butter to saucepan. Once butter is melted saute the onion a couple of minutes. Add the garlic and saute 1 minute. Add the venison beef bouillon seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Add the flour and mix well. Slowly add the milk and stirring constantly until thickened.

Step 3Serve over biscuits.
