Ingredients
- 4 - duck breasts, boned
- RELISH
- 2 cups chopped raspberries (also can use frozen)
- 3/4 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage or 1/2 tsp. dried sage
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons creme de cassis
- MARINADE
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh or dried sage
How To Make grilled duck breasts w/ raspberry relish

Step 1In a glass bowl combine all ingredients for the relish.

Step 2Separate bowl mix all ingredients for the marinade, add 1/3 cup relish mixture to the marinade.

Step 3Marinade the duck breasts for 2 - 4 hours, and turning.

Step 4Grill duck breasts skin side down over a hot heat 5 - 7 minutes. Duck should be served med-rare.
