How To Make easy roasted duck

1Preheat the oven 350 degrees. F. Score the duck skin in a diamond pattern. Place the ginger, cinnamon sticks, and mandarin oranges into the cavity. Place toothpicks to pull the opening together.

2Mix the hoisin and soy sauce together. Place the duck into a roasting pan breast side up.

3Brush with the glaze and bake for 45 minutes. Flip the duck and baste again with the glaze and bake for 45 minutes. Flip again brush with glaze and bake another 45 minutes. Flip one more time brush with glaze and bake for 45 minutes.

4Let rest for 15 minutes and carve.
