Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 - egg
  • 5 slices prosciutto
  • 5 slices tomato
  • 5 - basil leaves
  • - balsamic vinegar
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 - small rolls to serve as buns

How To Make wrapped turkey mini burgers

  • Step 1
    Mix together turkey, onion, cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Form into small burgers.
  • Step 3
    Wrap each burger in a slice of prosciutto.
  • Step 4
    Cook on grill or in skillet until done.
  • Step 5
    Top with a slice of tomato and a basil leaf, drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  • Step 6
    Place burger on a bun and ENJOY!
