    cubed turkey (cooked)
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 2
    medium onions chopped
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked wild rice
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 can(s)
    mushrooms (4 oz.)
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced water chestnuts (8 oz.) optional

  • 2 slice
    bread broken into crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter

How to Make Wild Rice Turkey Casserole


  1. Combine all ingredients and top with bread crumbs and butter. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 6 to 8.
