Ingredients
- 4 slices roasted turkey roll, cut in 1" slices
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 pound jellied cranberry sauce, cut in 3/4" slices
- 1 large zucchini, cut in 1/4" slices
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 large orange, cut in 1/2" slices
- 8 - spiced peaches, halved
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 - egg yolk, slightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon light cream
How To Make turkey wellington towers, mom

Step 1Place turkey slices on cookie sheet, sprinkle with 1/2 t poultry seasoning and 1 t salt. Saute zucchini in butter until lightly browned. Sprinkle with 1/2 t salt and basil. Top each turkey slice with cranberry, 4 zucchini slices, orange slice and 2 peach halves. Secure with a toothpick. Open crescent rolls. Separate. Cut 1 1/2 inches off point of the triangle. Place one on each side of tower, with base at cookie sheet and overlapping on top. Press edges together. Combine egg yolk, cream and 1/2 t poultry seasoning, brush on triangles. Cut small hearts from remaining dough, put on the sides and brush with egg. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min or until golden brown.
