Another recipe from my Ruralite Magazine,"Lovin Turkey Leftovers" the recipe doesn't say to serve turnovers with leftover turkey gravy as a dipping sauce.But I think it would be good served that way.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey,shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded(about 4oz)
- 1 cup cooked broccoli,chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 packages (8oz) refrigerated cresent rolls
How To Make turkey turnovers

Step 1Preheat oven 375F.Combine all the ingredients except the crescent rolls in a large bowl.

Step 2Separate each package of crescent rolls into four squares;press diagonal perforations to seal.

Step 3Spoon the turkey filling onto the center of each square.Fold the dough diagonally over filling to form triangles and press edges firmly to seal.

Step 4Arrange the turnovers on a baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with additional mayonaise.

Step 5Bake 12 minutes or until the turnovers are golden. Serve warm.
