Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 cans (small cans) sliced mushrooms or (8oz fresh)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups turkey, cooked, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided

Step 11.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2.Cook egg noodles to box directions. 3.In very large saucepan sautee onion and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and stir until cooked down. 4.Add Soup, sour cream and mix together well. 5.Add Turkey, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup of the parmesan and mix well. Let simmer for 5 mins. 6.Butter or Spray a 9x13 baking dish 7.Place cooked noodles in bottom of the dish. 8.Pour mixture over noodles. 9.Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. 10.Bake for 20-25 minutes.
