Ingredients For turkey tetrazzini

1/4 cbutter
-
1/4 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 cchicken broth
-
1 cheavy cream
-
2 Tbspsherry
-
1 pkgspaghetti (7 oz) cooked and drained

2 ccubed, cooked turkey (or chicken)

1 canmushrooms (3 oz) sliced and drained

1/2 cparmesan cheese
How To Make turkey tetrazzini

1Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.

2Remove from heat. Stir in broth and cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute.

3Stir in wine, spaghetti, turkey and mushrooms.

4Pour into ungreased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes.
