Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 package spaghetti (7 oz) cooked and drained
- 2 cups cubed, cooked turkey (or chicken)
- 1 can mushrooms (3 oz) sliced and drained
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make turkey tetrazzini

Step 1Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.

Step 2Remove from heat. Stir in broth and cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute.

Step 3Stir in wine, spaghetti, turkey and mushrooms.

Step 4Pour into ungreased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes.
