Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 package spaghetti (7 oz) cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked turkey (or chicken)
  • 1 can mushrooms (3 oz) sliced and drained
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make turkey tetrazzini

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and seasonings. Cook over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  • Step 2
    Remove from heat. Stir in broth and cream. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute.
  • Step 3
    Stir in wine, spaghetti, turkey and mushrooms.
  • Step 4
    Pour into ungreased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 uncovered for 30 minutes.
