Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    spaghetti
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c
    frozen peas
  • 2 c
    diced cooked turkey
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/3 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    fine bread crumbs

How To Make

  • 1
    Cook spaghetti al dente. Drain. While this is cooking, Cook peas in microwave for 4 minutes with 1/2 cup water. Drain.

    Cook mushrooms in 1 Tbls butter for 2 minutes on medium heat. Set aside.

    In 9 x 13 pan stir togeher soup, broth and wine until uniform. Add spaghetti, peas and mushrooms.

    Cook 20 - 22 minutes at 350 degrees. Add bread crumbs on top and cook another 5 minutes. Serve with green salad and Italian bread.
