Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/3 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs
How To Make turkey tetrazzini

Step 1Cook spaghetti al dente. Drain. While this is cooking, Cook peas in microwave for 4 minutes with 1/2 cup water. Drain.

Step 2Cook mushrooms in 1 Tbls butter for 2 minutes on medium heat. Set aside.

Step 3In 9 x 13 pan stir togeher soup, broth and wine until uniform. Add spaghetti, peas and mushrooms.

Step 4Cook 20 - 22 minutes at 350 degrees. Add bread crumbs on top and cook another 5 minutes. Serve with green salad and Italian bread.
