- turkey breast tenderloins slices ( 3/4 inch thick and 4 ounces each )

- ( 10-3/4 ounces ) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

Combine soup and water; pour over the turkey and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the meat juices run clear.
One serving ( prepared with reduced-fat margarine and low-fat soup) equals:
175 calories, 264 mg sodium, 81 mg cholesterol,
5 gm carbohydrate, 26 gm protein, 5 gm fat
