How to Make Turkey tacos

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown meat and drain (if using ground beef I prefer to rinse the meat to get rid of some of the extra fat).
  2. Prepare meat with taco seasoning as stated on the package (I personally use the Old ElPaso in the shacker can and adjust to my own taste).
  3. In the mean time drain and rinse the black beans. Drain the corn and drain some of the juice from the tomatoes.
  4. Once the meat with seasoning has been cooked, add the beans, corn, and tomatoes to the meat in a skillet. Heat through and then serve. We eat it both as tacos and nachos.
