Had a lot of stuffing leftover from turkey dinner, so turned into cakes and served with aioli to change up the taste.

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
prepared stuffing
2 c
shredded turkey
1
egg beaten
1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1-2 Tbsp
horseradish
pepper to taste

AIOLI

1/2 c
mayonnaise
3 Tbsp
bbq sauce
dash hot sauce
1/2 tsp
smokey paprika
2
olive oil

GRAPESEED OIL

for healthier frying

How to Make Turkey Stuffing Cakes w/ BBQ Aioli

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all stuffing cake ingredients.
    Shape into large meatball shape cakes. (Used icecream scoop)

    Place back in refrigerater for 30 min.
  • 2Heat saute pan with grapeseed oil. (med high)
    Place ball into pan and smash down to thickness you want.
    Continue to cook flip and cook till nice golden color. (About 4-5min per side)
  • 3AIOLI
    Blend or wisk aioli ingredients together.
