Had a lot of stuffing leftover from turkey dinner, so turned into cakes and served with aioli to change up the taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups prepared stuffing
  • 2 cups shredded turkey
  • 1 - egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tablespoon horseradish
  • - pepper to taste
  • AIOLI
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons bbq sauce
  • - dash hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smokey paprika
  • 2 - olive oil
  • GRAPESEED OIL
  • - for healthier frying

How To Make turkey stuffing cakes w/ bbq aioli

  • Step 1
    Combine all stuffing cake ingredients. Shape into large meatball shape cakes. (Used icecream scoop) Place back in refrigerater for 30 min.
  • Step 2
    Heat saute pan with grapeseed oil. (med high) Place ball into pan and smash down to thickness you want. Continue to cook flip and cook till nice golden color. (About 4-5min per side)
  • Step 3
    AIOLI Blend or wisk aioli ingredients together.
