Turkey Stuffed Pepper

Sandra Ann Marie Harvey

You can use any kind of pepper to stuff.
You can also cut peppers in half and stuff them and lie flat in pan. Takes less time to cook that way.
If your trying to eat healthier you can replace the white rice with cauliflower rice.
If you want yours saucier add more sauce.
This recipe feeds 2 people so you can also make more peppers and increase ingredients to make more servings.
