I like stir fries and this can be made with turkey or chicken breasts and add other vegetables as well.

Ingredients For turkey stir fry

2 Tbspcornstarch

1 cchicken stock

1 tspsugar

2 Tbspsoy sauce, low sodium

1 lbturkey breast

2 Tbspcanola or vegetable oil divded

1 ccelery. sliced

3/4 ccarrot sliced thin

1 csliced red or yellow onion

1 cwhite button mushrooms sliced

2 clovegarlic minced

1 can{8 0unce water chestnuts drained and sliced

1//2 cslivered almonds or sesame seeds {optional}

1 csliced red or yellow pepper

How To Make turkey stir fry

1In a small bowl combine the first ingredients, whisk until well combined..slice the turkey in 1/2 inch slices put the oil in a fry pan and when hot saute the turkey until no longer pink. remove and keep warm.

2In the same skillet fry all the vegies stirring often mix together the stock and cornstarch and add to pan along with the turkey and garlic and cook for 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.add the chestnuts . ,,serve over rice.

3Remove from stove place in serving bowl and sprinkle with the almonds
