I like stir fries and this can be made with turkey or chicken breasts and add other vegetables as well.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 pound turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil divded
- 1 cup celery. sliced
- 3/4 cup carrot sliced thin
- 1 cup sliced red or yellow onion
- 1 cup white button mushrooms sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can {8 0unce water chestnuts drained and sliced
- 1//2 cup slivered almonds or sesame seeds {optional}
- 1 cup sliced red or yellow pepper
- - s and p to taste
How To Make turkey stir fry

Step 1In a small bowl combine the first ingredients, whisk until well combined..slice the turkey in 1/2 inch slices put the oil in a fry pan and when hot saute the turkey until no longer pink. remove and keep warm.

Step 2In the same skillet fry all the vegies stirring often mix together the stock and cornstarch and add to pan along with the turkey and garlic and cook for 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.add the chestnuts . ,,serve over rice.

Step 3Remove from stove place in serving bowl and sprinkle with the almonds
