How to Make Turkey Steak
- Parboil a turkey of 26-30 lbs. ( I made it simple by using just the turkey breast) until fairly well done. Lift out breast and cut steaks as you would from a beef tenderloin.
- Dip steaks in a batter made of milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Dredge in flour; shake off excess. Then dunk back in batter and dredge in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in fat (350^) until golden brown. (Cook in a deep fat fryer)
