Easy and yummy,creamy and saucy.I always wanted a receipe for the turkey cutlets I see in the stores.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary,crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 package (17.6) oz. turkey breast cutlets.
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1/4 cup good white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream.
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

How To Make turkey scallopini

  • Step 1
    In large resealable plastic bag;combine flour,rosemary,thyme,and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Add turkey.Seal bag and shake to coat.
  • Step 3
    In a large non-stick skillet,coated with cooking spray,fry turkey in the 4 tsps. of oil over medium-high heat.,about 2-4 minutes on each side until the juices run clear.
  • Step 4
    Remove and keep them warm.
  • Step 5
    Add wine to skillet,cook and stir to loosten browned bits from bottom of pan,about 30 seconds.
  • Step 6
    Combine the ocrnstarch and the broth till smooth,stir into the skillet.
  • Step 7
    Add sour cream and mustard,heat through.
  • Step 8
    Bring to a boil,cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • Step 9
    Pour over turkey cutlets
  • Step 10
    Garnish with PAPRIKA,IF DESIRED.
