Easy and yummy,creamy and saucy.I always wanted a receipe for the turkey cutlets I see in the stores.

  • 1/3 c
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried rosemary,crushed
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 1/8 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1 pkg
    (17.6) oz. turkey breast cutlets.
  • 4 tsp
    canola oil
  • 1/4 c
    good white wine
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/3 c
    low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat sour cream.
  • 1 tsp
    spicy brown mustard

How to Make Turkey Scallopini


  1. In large resealable plastic bag;combine flour,rosemary,thyme,and pepper.
  2. Add turkey.Seal bag and shake to coat.
  3. In a large non-stick skillet,coated with cooking spray,fry turkey in the 4 tsps. of oil over medium-high heat.,about 2-4 minutes on each side until the juices run clear.
  4. Remove and keep them warm.
  5. Add wine to skillet,cook and stir to loosten browned bits from bottom of pan,about 30 seconds.
  6. Combine the ocrnstarch and the broth till smooth,stir into the skillet.
  7. Add sour cream and mustard,heat through.
  8. Bring to a boil,cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  9. Pour over turkey cutlets
  10. Garnish with PAPRIKA,IF DESIRED.
