Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary,crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 package (17.6) oz. turkey breast cutlets.
- 4 teaspoons canola oil
- 1/4 cup good white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream.
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
How To Make turkey scallopini

Step 1In large resealable plastic bag;combine flour,rosemary,thyme,and pepper.

Step 2Add turkey.Seal bag and shake to coat.

Step 3In a large non-stick skillet,coated with cooking spray,fry turkey in the 4 tsps. of oil over medium-high heat.,about 2-4 minutes on each side until the juices run clear.

Step 4Remove and keep them warm.

Step 5Add wine to skillet,cook and stir to loosten browned bits from bottom of pan,about 30 seconds.

Step 6Combine the ocrnstarch and the broth till smooth,stir into the skillet.

Step 7Add sour cream and mustard,heat through.

Step 8Bring to a boil,cook and stir for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Step 9Pour over turkey cutlets

Step 10Garnish with PAPRIKA,IF DESIRED.
