Turkey Salsa Mac

Valerie Johnson

Yesterday I wanted something spicy and fairly easy. I also wanted to use the ground turkey that had been in my freezer. This is what I came came up with.

My husband and I like spicy food, so this hit the spot. The hot salsa was perfect.

Part of this recipe was adapted from a Rick Bayless recipe - Salsa Mac & Cheese.
