turkey roll-ups
I created this recipe when I accidently got out turkey breast fillets instead of chicken fillets to make chicken cordon bleau (?spelling) My son was around 5 at the time and decided they should be called Turkey Roll-ups.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- - flour
- - salt
- - pepper
- - ham, deli sliced thin
- - swiss cheese slices
- - turkey breast filets or turkey chops
How To Make turkey roll-ups

Step 1pound your turkey filets till they are about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2place 1 piece of ham and 1 slice of cheese on the one filet, and roll it up.

Step 3mix flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl and roll the turkey rolls in it.

Step 4heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Step 5place turkey rolls in skillet seam side down. This will keep them from coming apart as you turn them as they cook.

Step 6cook, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.
