Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons parsley, chopped
- 1.5 pounds turkey tenderloin, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 14.5 ounces beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup tomato puree
- fettuccine pasta
- parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make turkey primavera

Step 1Combine flour and parsley; add turkey and toss to coat.

Step 2In a skillet, brown turkey in oil; remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Step 3In the same skillet, combine chicken broth, mushrooms, onion garlic and green pepper.

Step 4Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5Add beef broth, tomato puree and seasonings.

Step 6Cook and stir for 20-25 minutes or until sauce is desired consistency.

Step 7Add turkey; heat through.

Step 8Remove the bay leaf.

Step 9Serve over pasta; sprinkle with cheese if desired.
