1Spray or grease a 9 x 13 " pan. in a large saucepan, combine carrots and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover Simmer for 5 minutes until crisp tender.
2Preheat oven to 400 F. In a bowl, combine milk and flour. Add to carrot mixture along with butter and salt. Boil for one minute and then add turkey and peas. Pour into greased casserole dish, set aside.
3In a medium bowl, combine biscuit ingredients. Drop dough by large spoonfuls evenly onto turkey mixture. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
