Ingredients
- TURKEY MIXTURE
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups cooked turkey, cubed
- 1 package frozen peas (19 oz)
- BISCUITS
- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons dried sage
How To Make turkey pot pie with home-made biscuits

Step 1Spray or grease a 9 x 13 " pan. in a large saucepan, combine carrots and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover Simmer for 5 minutes until crisp tender.

Step 2Preheat oven to 400 F. In a bowl, combine milk and flour. Add to carrot mixture along with butter and salt. Boil for one minute and then add turkey and peas. Pour into greased casserole dish, set aside.

Step 3In a medium bowl, combine biscuit ingredients. Drop dough by large spoonfuls evenly onto turkey mixture. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
