Turkey Porcupine Meatballs
If you have left over meatballs, they make great sandwiches.

- ground turkey
- egg, beaten

How to Make Turkey Porcupine Meatballs
- 1Combine rice-vermicelli mix, ground turkey and egg. Shape into twenty 1-1/4 in. meatballs.
- 2In large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown meatballs in oil, drain.
- 3Slowly stir in water and Special Seasonings. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 30 inutes or until meatballs are cooked. All of the water should be gone by then.
