This is something we make every time we have turkey the next day. It is a favorite of my family. We got to where my kids would always invite friends over. It's fun, different and always a hit. I WILL ADD A PICTURE NEXT TIME I MAKE IT.

left over turkey

1 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cancream of celery soup

left over gravy

1 dashcurry, sage, margorim

4 ccooked rice
How To Make turkey pile on

1Combine soups, gravy and spices. Add left over turkey. Add turkey or chicken broth if you want to make it more.

2Cook rice.

3This is meant to be set up as a buffet. You start with rice, pour on some of the turkey mixture and then pile on the toppings.

4Some ideas for toppings that we use: celery, dried cranberries, chinese crunchy noodles, green onion, pineapple, cheese, coconut, peanuts, almonds, raisins, peas.
