Ingredients
- FOR THE FILLING
- 3 cups leftover turkey, cut up
- 3 cups leftover cooked vegetables, peas, carrots, creamed onions, mushrooms, ect
- 1/2 can cranberry sauce, jellied or whole berry
- 1 cup leftover turkey gravy
- 2 to 3 cups leftover turkey stuffing or dressing
- FOR THE TOPPING
- 6 cups leftover mashed potatoes, cold
- 2 - egg yolks
- 1/4 cup melted butter, cooled
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 - prepared pie shell
- - leftover gravy
How To Make turkey pie

Step 1preheat oven to 375

Step 2For the filling: Mix all ingredients in large bowl, set aside.

Step 3For the topping: Mix the potatoes and eggs first, then the rest of the ingredients, set aside.

Step 4Lay your prepared pie shell in a deep dish pie dish. I use the roll out kind, because the ones that come in a tin are not deep enough.

Step 5form your edging the way you like.

Step 6pour filling into shell, pressing down to fill holes.

Step 7spread topping over filling, pressing down to seal all holes.

Step 8Bake for about an hour, hour and 15 minutes, or until topping is golden brown. Remove from oven and set on counter for 10 minutes before serving.

Step 9serve with gravy, if desired.
