fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c
chopped onion
2 tsp
1 lb
ground turkey
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
italian herb blend
1/2 c
dry red wine
1/4 tsp
cracked pepper

How to Make Turkey Patties In Mushroom Wine Sauce


  • 1Saute half the mushrooms and the chopped onion in butter in a large frying pan.
  • 2Combine sauteed vegetables with turkey, egg, salt and herbs.
  • 3Shape turkey mixture into 4 patties.
  • 4Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • 5While patties are cooking, add remaining mushrooms, wine and pepper to frying pan.
  • 6Simmer gently and serve sauce over patties.
