Ingredients
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon italian herb blend
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper
How To Make turkey patties in mushroom wine sauce

Step 1Saute half the mushrooms and the chopped onion in butter in a large frying pan.

Step 2Combine sauteed vegetables with turkey, egg, salt and herbs.

Step 3Shape turkey mixture into 4 patties.

Step 4Broil 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Step 5While patties are cooking, add remaining mushrooms, wine and pepper to frying pan.

Step 6Simmer gently and serve sauce over patties.
