- 1In large skillet, melt butter over low heat.
- 2Saute onion and celery until soft.
- 3Add flour, stirring until you have a lightly browned roux.
- 4Slowly, add milk and cook over medium low to medium heat until mixture thickens.
- 5Add turkey, salt and pepper.
- 6While gravy is coming to a boil put English Muffins in toaster.
- 7Serve turkey mixture over well toasted English Muffins.
