This is my take on another recipe I have posted here :(http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/side/potatoes/easy-skillet-pot-pie.html?p=1) I substituted turkey for the beef ,used corn instead of peas and cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom, and biscuits instead of mashed potatoes.. My family said it was great and it will be a keeper..hope you give this recipe a try too. (You are going to love the Biscuits.....?

Muffin Biscuits: Heat oven to 450º. Use a 6 well non stick muffin tin. Combine the Bisquick and the milk and stir to make a soft dough. Divide dough evenly in the 6 muffin wells-they will be filled to the very top. Bake in hot oven for 9 minutes and 30 seconds. Test with wooden toothpick...These turn out beautifully..
