This is a very colorful and tasty salad and everyone enjoys it especially during the summer,,,why I do not Know..will try and find out.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    lean ground turkey
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 2
    mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 small
    red pepper cut in strips
  • 1 small
    green pepper cut in strips
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped cilantro or basil
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped mint
  • 4 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • ·
    dash of hot sauce, optional
  • 2 c
    snap or snow peas cut in half

How to Make Turkey Mango Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook turkey, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, stirring often for about 5 to 8 minutes or until turkey no longer pink. remove from heat.
  2. In large bowl whisk juice and sugar and all remaining ingredients and toss together. serve with fried rice.
