This is a very colorful and tasty salad and everyone enjoys it especially during the summer,,,why I do not Know..will try and find out.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces lean ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 - mangoes peeled and chopped
  • 1 small red pepper cut in strips
  • 1 small green pepper cut in strips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • - dash of hot sauce, optional
  • 2 cups snap or snow peas cut in half

How To Make turkey mango salad

  • Step 1
    In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook turkey, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, stirring often for about 5 to 8 minutes or until turkey no longer pink. remove from heat.
  • Step 2
    In large bowl whisk juice and sugar and all remaining ingredients and toss together. serve with fried rice.
