8 ozlean ground turkey

1 tspsesame oil

4 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspgrated ginger

1 Tbspfish sauce

2mangoes peeled and chopped

1 smred pepper cut in strips

1 smgreen pepper cut in strips

dash of hot sauce, optional

2 csnap or snow peas cut in half
How To Make turkey mango salad

1In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook turkey, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, stirring often for about 5 to 8 minutes or until turkey no longer pink. remove from heat.

2In large bowl whisk juice and sugar and all remaining ingredients and toss together. serve with fried rice.
