Ingredients
- 8 ounces lean ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 - mangoes peeled and chopped
- 1 small red pepper cut in strips
- 1 small green pepper cut in strips
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 4 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- - dash of hot sauce, optional
- 2 cups snap or snow peas cut in half
How To Make turkey mango salad

Step 1In large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook turkey, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, stirring often for about 5 to 8 minutes or until turkey no longer pink. remove from heat.

Step 2In large bowl whisk juice and sugar and all remaining ingredients and toss together. serve with fried rice.
