1In a 5 quart crock pot place turkey breast, skin side up. Combine the next 9 ingredients and pour over the turkey. Place cover on and cook about 6 hours on low.
2Remove turkey to plate for slicing.
Strain the juice into a saucepan. In a small bowl combine flour and water until smooth. Slowly whisk into juice in saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until thickened. Serve with sliced turkey.
