Not wanting to cook a whole turkey for just the 2 of us, I came across this recipe! It is wonderful and cooked in a crockpot.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds boneless turkey breast
- 1 can 16-oz. whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic,minced
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- THICKENING :
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup water
How To Make turkey in a pot

Step 1In a 5 quart crock pot place turkey breast, skin side up. Combine the next 9 ingredients and pour over the turkey. Place cover on and cook about 6 hours on low.

Step 2Remove turkey to plate for slicing. Strain the juice into a saucepan. In a small bowl combine flour and water until smooth. Slowly whisk into juice in saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until thickened. Serve with sliced turkey.
