I make this every year using what is leftover - dark or white meat. You can also add chopped potato for a variation.

Ingredients For turkey hash

1/2 cchopped celery

1/2 cchopped onion

1/4 cchopped green bell pepper

3 Tbspchopped red bell pepper

4 Tbspbutter

1 1/2 ccooked turkey, chopped

1 cturkey gravy

1 Tbspchopped parsley

How To Make turkey hash

1Saute vegetables in butter until limp. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until blended, about 15 to 20 minutes. The hash is better if made the day before, and it freezes well. Serves 6 to 8
