Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 2 can(s)
    red enchilada sauce
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning
  • 1 can(s)
    sliced or diced olives
  • 1 bunch
    green onions
  • 3 c
    cheese
  • 10-15
    corn tortillas

How to Make Turkey Enchiladas

Step-by-Step

  1. Ground Turkey up add taco seasoning and 2 scoops of enchilada sauce to spoon. Heat oil and lightly cook your corn tortillas. Cover bottom of baking sheet with 2-3 scoops of enchilada sauce. wrap oiled tortillas with a spoonful of turkey and a pinch of cheese. Wrap and place in pan until pan is covered. Add remaining enchilada sauce, cover with cheese, olives and green onions. Place in the oven on 350 degrees for 45 minutes and there you have it...a meal that will make your mouth water :)
