Turkey Club Sub
Ingredients

1 largeloaf of freanch bread

1 lbshaved deli turkey

1 mediumtomato, sliced

·shredded lettuce
-
1 cmayonnaise

3 to 4green onions, chopped

1 tspsugar

1 lbbacon, cooked cripsy

1/2 lbsliced provolone cheese (optional)

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Turkey Club Sub
- Slice french bread in half lengthwise
- Mix together cooked chopped bacon, mayonnaise, sugar and chopped scallions, salt and pepper.
- Place turkey on bottom half of bread. Lay shredded lettuce on top of turkey. Spoon mayo mixture on lettuce. Lay sliced tomatoes on top of that. Cover with cheese and top with other half of the bread.
- Slice in wide slices (about three inches wide) and serve. Can be stored until party time in the refrigerator.
