- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 2 cups turkey, skinless, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1.5 cups bell peppers, diced
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs

Step 2Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 3In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat; sprinkle with flour.
