turkey, skinless, cooked and cubed

onions, chopped

bell peppers, diced

2 Tbsp
bread crumbs

How to Make Turkey Chili Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside.
  • 3In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-high heat; sprinkle with flour.
  • 4Cook, whisking quickly and constantly, for 2 minutes; whisk in milk and parmesan cheese.
  • 5Cook, stirring constantly for another 2 minutes until thickened; remove from heat.
  • 6Add noodles, turkey, onions, bell peppers, and mustard to saucepan; toss to mix well.
  • 7Spoon mixture into prepared dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs; bake for 20 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
