One night i decided instead of using ground beef i would use turkey burger instead and everyone loved it even my husband who can be a picky eater at times .

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    of turkey burger
  • 1 medium
    onion diced
  • 2 medium
    peppers u need one red pepper and one green pepper diced
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    garlic powder to taste
  • ·
    onion powder to taste
  • ·
    mrs. dash table blend taste
  • 2 dash(es)
    chili powder
  • ·
    thick and zesty original bbq sauce ( i use kraft)
  • ·
    ketchup ( i use heinz)

How to Make Turkey Burger Sloppy joes

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet cook your tukery burger onions and peppers .. add all your seasonings
  2. once your meat is browned add equal parts of bbq sauce and ketchup ( i never measure i just eye ball it ) mix well and let simmer for at 10 to 15 mins and serve on any kind of bread or burger bun you perfer
