Ingredients
- 1 boneless, turkey breast tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons chicken soup base
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup water
How To Make turkey breast tenderloin from the instant pot!

Step 1select saute button on your Instant pot and heat the 2 Tbsp. canola oil.

Step 2Brown turkey breast tenderloin in hot oil, on all sides.

Step 3Remove the turkey breast tenderloin to a plate and set aside

Step 4Add broth and chicken soup base to pot and use a spatula to deglaze the pot.

Step 5Press Cancel on your Instant Pot.

Step 6Place rack into pot and place the tenderloin onto the rack.

Step 7lock the lid on the pot and set the vent to sealing.

Step 8Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.

Step 9use quick release.

Step 10Remove turkey tenderloin to plate and keep warm.

Step 11Press cancel on your Instant Pot, then press the saute button.

Step 12Mix together flour and water to make a slurry. Add to the broth and stir until thickened.

Step 13Slice Turkey Tenderloin and serve with gravy.

Step 14NOTE: If you have more broth than you need at the end of cooking, ladel some off and freeze it for a later use and then make gravy with the rest!
