So fast, easy and DELICIOUS!! Make up a double batch and freeze some patties for later!

prep time 10 Min
cook time 20 Min
method No-Cook or Other
yield Depends how large you make the patties

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed/or ground fennel
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon clove, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice, ground

How To Make turkey breakfast sausage

  • Step 1
Mix ground turkey with all spices and let set in Fridge for an hour for the flavors to meld. I've cooked them immediately before and they are still scrumptious! Fry over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  • Step 2
Shape into patties whatever size you like.
  • Step 3
Fry for 3-5 minutes over medium/high heat until golden and cooked through.
  • Step 4
These freeze very well. Just place each patty between sheets of plastic wrap, and then put the lot into a zip bag. You can take out as many as needed and cook them up! Or cook crumbled for your favorite breakfast casserole, or sausage gravy!
