I love turkey so this is a favorite of mine.
Sort of a lasagna tasting dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    onion..chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper..chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 can(s)
    undiluted cream chicken soup
  • 1 can(s)
    (8oz) sliced mushrooms...drained
  • 1 jar(s)
    (2oz) chopped pimentos...drained
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1 pkg
    (8oz) egg noodles..cooked & drained
  • 2 c
    ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 2 c
    (8oz) shredded chedder cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese (fresh is best)
  • 1/4 c
    buttered bread crumbs
  • 3 c
    cooked turkey....cubed

How to Make Three Cheese Turkey Bake

Step-by-Step

  1. In a skillet,saute onion & green pepper in a butter until tender..Remove from heat. Stir in soups,mushrooms,pimento's,& basil;set aside.
    in a large bowl,combine noodles,turkey,& cheeses;add mushrooms,& sauce.
    Transfer to a greased 13x9x3" greased baking dish.
    Bake uncovered in a preheated 350* oven 40-45 minutes or until bubbly.
    Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 15 minutes longer.
