This is a great way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers! Very tasty and easy prep. I put it together on my lunch hour and popped it in the over after work. My husband prefers that the gravy be served on the side instead of in the casserole. Either way would work, according to your preference.

How to Make Thanksgiving Shepard Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Spray an 8x8 baking pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Layer leftovers in the following order:
    Stuffing
    Mashed potatoes
    Turkey
    Gravy
    Mashed Potatoes
    Top with shredded cheese
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, until heated through.
