thanksgiving/christmas next day 'mess'

This recipe certainly lives up to it's name, but it is a delicious way to use your left over turkey the next day after your Holiday meal. I've always made this the day after a Holiday meal and my children lovingly referred to it as, "mess" and the name stuck. So easy, just mix it together and put it in the oven...MMMM MMMMM! Serve it with your left over veggies, salads, cranberry sauce and desserts. Nothing says comfort like a good, hot casserole straight from the oven. Hope you all enjoy!

How To Make thanksgiving/christmas next day 'mess'

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray 9 X 13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix together dressing and turkey. If your dressing is too dry, you may stir in just a little cream of chicken soup, maybe about 1/2 can. Spread leftover gravy over the top and sprinkle with pepper, if desired.
  • Step 2
Bake at 375 for about 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.
  • Step 3
Enjoy with your leftover side dishes and desserts, MMMM MMMM!
