1Put crock pot on high and pour olive oil all around the base of the pot.
2Dice the potatoes and onions small and place them in the crock pot and sprinkle the seasoning.
3In a separate bowl, mix the ground turkey, eggs, bread crumbs, salsa, and cheddar cheese. Place this mixture over the top of the potatoes and onions in the crock pot. Put the cover on the crock pot.
4Cook for at least six hours, more if the potatoes or turkey are not done. Use a large metal spoon to cut through the meat mixture, put on a plate,then spoon the potato and onion mixture onto the plate also.
