onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp
1.25 lb
ground turkey
egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp
bread crumbs
1/4 c
1/4 c
chopped parsley
garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp
dried thyme
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes

How to Make Spicy Turkey Loaf


  • 1Saute onions in melted butter.
  • 2Stir in ground turkey, egg and bread crumbs.
  • 3Combine seasonings and add to turkey mix.
  • 4Shape into a loaf and put in a pan.
  • 5Refrigerate 1 hour, then cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  • 6Remove the foil for the last 15 minutes.
  • 7Serve hot or cold.
