We came up with this last year when we had some leftover smoked turkey. We've waited a whole year to make this again.

It's light for a cheesecake, but flavorful.

My husband makes the pie crust with a little garlic sprinkled in.

Ingredients

pie crust rolled to fit springform pan
1 c
finely chopped smoked turkey
1 c
finely chopped celery
1/2 c
finely chopped onion
1 c
finely chopped dried cranberries
1 Tbsp
finely chopped fresh sage
3 pkg
soften cream cheese
4
eggs
3 Tbsp
all-purpose flour

How to Make Smoked Turkey Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2Make pie crust and roll to fit springform pan. Set aside.
  • 3Finely chop turkey, celery, onion, sage, and cranberries. Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
  • 4Beat cream cheese til fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in flour.
  • 5Gently fold dry ingredients into cream cheese mixture. Pour into springform pan.
  • 6Bake cheesecake for 1 hour, til firm. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan to serve.
