We came up with this last year when we had some leftover smoked turkey. We've waited a whole year to make this again. It's light for a cheesecake, but flavorful. My husband makes the pie crust with a little garlic sprinkled in.

Ingredients
- 1 - pie crust rolled to fit springform pan
- 1 cup finely chopped smoked turkey
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage
- 3 packages soften cream cheese
- 4 - eggs
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
How To Make smoked turkey cheesecake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Make pie crust and roll to fit springform pan. Set aside.

Step 3Finely chop turkey, celery, onion, sage, and cranberries. Combine dry ingredients and set aside.

Step 4Beat cream cheese til fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in flour.

Step 5Gently fold dry ingredients into cream cheese mixture. Pour into springform pan.

Step 6Bake cheesecake for 1 hour, til firm. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan to serve.
