We came up with this last year when we had some leftover smoked turkey. We've waited a whole year to make this again.

It's light for a cheesecake, but flavorful.

My husband makes the pie crust with a little garlic sprinkled in.

Ingredients

  • 1
    pie crust rolled to fit springform pan
  • 1 c
    finely chopped smoked turkey
  • 1 c
    finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 c
    finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped fresh sage
  • 3 pkg
    soften cream cheese
  • 4
    eggs
  • 3 Tbsp
    all-purpose flour

How to Make Smoked Turkey Cheesecake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Make pie crust and roll to fit springform pan. Set aside.
  3. Finely chop turkey, celery, onion, sage, and cranberries. Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese til fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in flour.
  5. Gently fold dry ingredients into cream cheese mixture. Pour into springform pan.
  6. Bake cheesecake for 1 hour, til firm. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan to serve.
