We came up with this last year when we had some leftover smoked turkey. We've waited a whole year to make this again. It's light for a cheesecake, but flavorful. My husband makes the pie crust with a little garlic sprinkled in.

Ingredients

  • 1 - pie crust rolled to fit springform pan
  • 1 cup finely chopped smoked turkey
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage
  • 3 packages soften cream cheese
  • 4 - eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

How To Make smoked turkey cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Make pie crust and roll to fit springform pan. Set aside.
  • Step 3
    Finely chop turkey, celery, onion, sage, and cranberries. Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Step 4
    Beat cream cheese til fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in flour.
  • Step 5
    Gently fold dry ingredients into cream cheese mixture. Pour into springform pan.
  • Step 6
    Bake cheesecake for 1 hour, til firm. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan to serve.
