We love our Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and use it all year long. This recipe was created out of my husband's love for smoked turkey and my desire not to have the oven full of turkey so I could cook other stuff. This recipe was a hit and I'm sure he will soon be asking me to make it again.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, dried
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
How To Make smoked turkey

Step 1Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.

Step 2mix seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary) together in a small bowl

Step 3pat turkey dry

Step 4rub seasonings over the surface of the turkey

Step 5Cook turkey in your electric smoker for 2 to 5 hours until turkey reaches 165 internal temperature
