We love our Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and use it all year long. This recipe was created out of my husband's love for smoked turkey and my desire not to have the oven full of turkey so I could cook other stuff. This recipe was a hit and I'm sure he will soon be asking me to make it again.

Ingredients For smoked turkey

  • 5 lb
    turkey breast
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    rosemary, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper

How To Make smoked turkey

    Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
  • 2
    mix seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary) together in a small bowl
  • 3
    pat turkey dry
  • 4
    rub seasonings over the surface of the turkey
  • 5
    Cook turkey in your electric smoker for 2 to 5 hours until turkey reaches 165 internal temperature
