This is an easy, delicious biscuit bake.

    12 pkgs refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1
    16 oz jar favorite salsa
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast, cooked and crumbled
  • 1
    4 oz can ortega diced green chilies
  • 1/2 c
    green bell pepper, chopped.
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese

How to Make Salsa biscuit bake


  1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Divide biscuits into quareters. Place biscuits into baking dish.
  2. In bowl, combine salsa, ground turkey, cooked and crumbled, pepppers, onions, chiles and olives.
  3. Pour mix over biscuits. Bake 20 mins. Sprinkle w/ cheeses and bake additional 10 mins.
