Ingredients
- 2 - 12 pkgs refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 - 16 oz jar favorite salsa
- 1 pound ground turkey breast, cooked and crumbled
- 1 - 4 oz can ortega diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped.
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives, drained
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat, shredded mexican-style cheese
How To Make salsa biscuit bake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Divide biscuits into quareters. Place biscuits into baking dish.

Step 2In bowl, combine salsa, ground turkey, cooked and crumbled, pepppers, onions, chiles and olives.

Step 3Pour mix over biscuits. Bake 20 mins. Sprinkle w/ cheeses and bake additional 10 mins.
