Ingredients
- 1 - turkey, whole (12 - 14 lbs.), fresh or frozen, thawed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons rubbed sage
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bottle tony chachere injectable creole-style butter marinade
How To Make roasted turkey tony chachere style

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Rinse turkey & pat dry. TAKE OUT NECK & GIBLET BAG!!!!

Step 3Mixing seasonings (through black pepper). Sprinkle 1 Tbsp seasoing inside turkey cavity.

Step 4TO PREPARE COOKING BAG: Place 2 Tbsp flour inside bag, twist & shake bag to distribute flour. Open bag & place turkey inside bag inside roasting pan & V-rack.

Step 5Brush turkey with oil. Spread remaining seasoning mixture over entire outside turkey skin.

Step 6Shake up Tony Chachere Injectable Creole-Style Butter Marinade. Inject butter in assorted areas of turkey, using all of the marinade. When done, tie off bag (included) & cut 6 slits in bag (for ventaltion).

Step 7Roast turkey according to directions on Reynold's Cooking Bag pamplet (inside box). Enjoy!

Step 8Whenever making Turkey, I always use both the bags & marinade. You are guarunteed a moist delicious turkey EVERYTIME!
